That's why we like to call ourselves a lifestyle gym, because we are all about making a true life style change that involves making continuous progress, establishing proper habits, as well as helping you look, move, feel, and perform better.
From the second we bring you in, we want to know your goals, vision, your "Why". We also want to see how you move and where you're at as far as body composition, so we take you through functional movement screen and body composition reading (Via In-body Scale). From there, we draw up a plan, and put the plan in motion.
As for myself, my name is Chris Steinbrink, I am the Master Trainer and one of the Program Designers here at Fit 2 the Core. I've been training for over 4 years now and have been here at Fit 2 the Core for over 2 years. I have a Bachelors Of Science in Kinesiology, and certifications from Strong First (Kettle Bell), Dynamic Varied Resistance Training (DVRT-Ultimate Sandebag), Functional Movement Systems, Z-Health, and National Academy of Sports Medicine.
