I asked 4 different companies for an estimate to replace the shingles. Three of the contractors walked the roof and emailed an estimate. Not Apollo, after Simon walked our roof, he provided a presentation of work needing to be done, had samples of the material they use and answered all my questions. Apollo's quote was in the middle of the other ones I received but because Simon took the time to look and discuss the job, he was able to give me a detailed quote on the spot which made me feel confident in choosing Apollo Roofing. The work was completed in a week with the best crew. The roofers were courteous, kept the area clean and were approachable with any questions I had during the installation. We also had them install new gutters and down spouts. The roof is beautiful and new gutters with down spouts complement the great workmanship

I am so happy with my decision to use Apollo Roofing Company. I needed to completely reroof our ADU as the roof was clearly old and deteriorating. I got several quotes and had other roofers inspect the project. Apollo was the only company that noticed that the pitch of the roof on one side wasn't amenable to shingles and if we used them, I'd likely damage the roof with pooling water. Instead they used something called "torch down". Later the inspector told me we're lucky we did that otherwise we would have failed the inspection! Nadav at Apollo was a true partner throughout the process. He inspected the roof, walked me through the quote, answered all of my questions and better yet - followed up after the first rain (even though the project was complete and paid for) to make sure I was happy with the job. He handled the permit process quickly and properly. Nadav was always there to answer my questions and made me feel like a valued customer in every interaction we had. They were transparent and fair in their pricing and finished what most roofers said would be a 3 day job in 1 day. I will be recommending them my friends in the bay area.

I've heard a lot of war stories about unhappy homeowners and their horrific experience with contractors. Well, as Warren Buffett famously said, "Only when the tide rolls out can you see who's been swimming naked." Seems to me that if those unhappy homeowners had done their research and homework and hired a company like Apollo Roofing Company instead, they wouldn't have been caught swimming naked. We knew from the get-go we had a particularly demanding re-roofing project that called for a professionally managed company and a team of skilled workers. The team was great -- almost made the project seem easy. The planning and preparation was notably superior to other contractors we met with, and mind you, I'm of the school that good planning is the key to success. Shimon impressed me as the kind of guy who actually follows the Boy Scout motto: Be Prepared. And from our research (dare I say, "screening"), we felt confident that if issues had crept up, we were in good hands. We didn't fret about price either. Among the contractors we met with that could offer proposals within our scheduling needs, Apollo Roofing came in pretty much in the middle of the prices we saw, even though Apollo Roofing and their proposal seemed to me to have a heck of a lot more going for it than the others, irrespective of price.
