We had a very good experience using BF Datacom. Bill is very knowledgeable and thorough. I needed to correct an ethernet cable issue that was preventing our business security cameras from connecting online. Bill arrived at the jobsite on-time and prepared with all of his tools. Bill was able to correct the situation in a timely manner. I appreciated his ability to communicate with me about the work he was doing and he also suggested some additional adjustments to the set up so that the system would be at optimum performance level. I was pleased to have our system back and running . We are pleased with Bill’s professionalism, fair rates and efficiency to complete a project. We foresee using BF Datacom again.

I like to "walk the job" and provide the customer with all the possible options, describe the complete scope of work, and then provide a very detailed bid with all material and labor items listed.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been involved in tech sine 1976, and worked at Rockwell International on computer support for the Space Shuttle, and later the B-1 Bomber. Also contracted for 4-1/2 years at American Honda before starting BF Datacom Inc. in 1987.
