- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to "walk the job" and provide the customer with all the possible options, describe the complete scope of work, and then provide a very detailed bid with all material and labor items listed.

BICSI member RCDD/NTS/OSP/ESS (Registered Communications Distribution Designer with Network Transport Systems Designer, Outside Plant Designer, and Electronic Safety & Security Designer Specialties
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been involved in tech sine 1976, and worked at Rockwell International on computer support for the Space Shuttle, and later the B-1 Bomber. Also contracted for 4-1/2 years at American Honda before starting BF Datacom Inc. in 1987.
