Yoga is much more than a physical practice; it is a roadmap for learning to focus the mind and live and act from our highest self. Over time, the practice of yoga can help us find calm, clarity, and a deep sense of peace.
I have over 800 hours of training in vinyasa and therapeutic styles of yoga, along with a Master's degree in Positive Psychology. In my work I draw upon meditation, breathing, yoga philosophy, and Ayurveda to help clients find peace within their bodies and minds. My specialty is in personalizing practices to meet my clients' unique physical, mental and emotional needs.
Whether you're looking for a strong athletic practice, or a nourishing facilitated relaxation, I can help build a program that will work for you.
During COVID, I am offering sessions virtually or outdoors.
