FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I’m not the cheapest, and that’s because I focus on quality work done right the first time. My pricing reflects experience, attention to detail, and using the right materials—not cutting corners. I provide clear, upfront estimates with no surprises, and I work with you to find options that fit your budget while still delivering solid, long-lasting results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a quick conversation to understand what you’re looking for, then schedule a time to come out and look at the project. I’ll go over options with you, answer any questions, and provide a clear estimate. Once we move forward, I keep communication open throughout the job, show up on time, and make sure everything is done right from start to finish. My goal is to make the process smooth and stress-free for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my experience comes from over 15 years of hands-on work in construction and remodeling. I’ve learned the trade by being in the field every day and working across plumbing, electrical, drywall, and finish work. I also stay up to date with current codes and best practices to make sure the work is done right and built to last.
