- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was always around beauty professionals and artists growing up. I enjoyed drawing, painting and anything artsy. However, I went to school to pursuit nursing right after high school to satisfy my parents wish. After realizing that it's not for me I decided to pursuit a career in beauty. It's always been a passion and a dream. So it came so naturally when I did decide to attend cosmetology school and get my license. I always wanted to do more than required and took the extra step to stand out from the rest of the class. Plus to overcome fears and self doubts just to pursuit what I'm passionate about is a journey worth traveling!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Providing on location hair styling & make up services for Southern California brides & bridal parties. Photoshoots for companies & individuals for self promotions. Not limited to print, media & television work. We also offer make up artist workshops to gain personal knowledge as well as in a class room setting to become a certified professional freelance make up artist. Salon services is also available by appointment only at the salon in Walnut. Women, men & children are welcome!
