Introduction: I am certified as a California Building Inspector by the Intgernational Code Council (ICC). This certification attest to a competent knowledge of the California Building Code (CBC). I am also a certified member of the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI). ICC Certification No. 8083142; InterNACHI Certification No. 10041913; BS in Electrical Engineering, University of Maryland I have been envolved in the California Construction Industry for over 25 years. In that period of time I have seen property owners suffer financial looses from construction work that are not code compliant as well as unlicensed contractors performing substandard work. Pre-sale inspections can identify these unacceptable conditions and thus help the potential buyer save unecessary expenses. As an Inspector and ICC member, I can help promote a better and safer practice in the Industry.
