- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price after agreement is firm. Before agreeing to scope of work I work hand in hand with customers to better fit their needs and make sure there’s no hidden fees. If any discounts are given, those come included in the estimate and it shows the total discount. If for any reason there are changes to scope of work after agreement, a change order is issued, this could lower the price or increase it depending on changes made.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Asking lots of questions to better understand and therefore give the best service possible. This way we are both on the same page and there are no issues down the road.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to an electrical trade school after the military. My first job after high school was in construction. All in all I have a solid foundation and knowledge in the different branches that compose construction as a whole.
