Angela Rocchio Yoga Instruction

Introduction: I am a Santa Cruz based yoga teacher, and I have been certified by the Yoga Alliance since 2008. Since then, I've been dedicated to providing yoga classes that allow people to connect their mind, body and soul. I provide group and private classes to beginners, intermediates and advanced practitioners. I focus mainly on proper alignment to avoid injury and conscious breathing to create more mindfulness and joy. The practice of yoga has blessed my life since 1998 in many ways, keeping my physical body strong as well as flexible, my emotional and mental body better able to cope with stress and negativity and my spiritual body radiating more ease, joy and love.
