The Cracked Pot opened in 2017 to be a different kind of florist, one that would pour love and detail into every bouquet and centerpiece that goes out the studio door. We have a knack for using local, seasonal flowers in our designs, and trying to be a more affordable option as florists go in the beautiful south bay. Every floral piece is unique and custom designed for your special event.
Our florist has four years of on the job experience and has previously worked on over 80 weddings and events before stepping out on her own. She has graduated two different floral courses in both classic and modern design.
We here truly love to create art using our natural world and there is no better enjoyment than our florist seeing your face light up upon delivery of these pieces.

Price was competitive, florist was flexible and accommodating, gave me information that helped me make floral choices, including types of flowers and prices, different styles of flower arrangements
The flowers I received on my wedding day were absolutely spectacular! I gave Erica a few ideas for my bouquets and we only spoke once over the phone, but that was all she needed to create absolute masterpieces! I was beyond happy with the final product and would recommend Erica for any and all floral work you would need!

Erica was easy to work with and provided excellent customer service and her floral work was outstanding. She made it so that the last thing I had to worry about was the flowers at our daughter's wedding!

The Cracked Pot was absolutely fantastic to work with! Erica was incredibly communicative and consistently responded to all of my emails within 24 hours - which I appreciated immensely during the stress of wedding planning. She took my vision and brought it to life to create a beautiful atmosphere for our 'bohemian' style wedding. Her prices were much more reasonable than her competitors and she was especially accommodating in terms of budget questions - eg. providing multiple quotes to demonstrate the different cost options. She was also super flexible with changes to my order. My husband and I were both really impressed with The Cracked Pot and would wholeheartedly recommend this vendor!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually ask for some pinterest photos of what they're looking for, their wedding colors/theme and how many of each items they'll need.
From there we can create a estimate for them and let them know they can schedule a phone consultation or we can meet in person!
We try to keep things very simple and direct-we know how stressful planning a wedding can be!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our florist has over five years of on the job experience and has previously worked on over 80 weddings and events before stepping out on her own. She has graduated two different floral courses in both classic and modern design.
She also continually learns new tips and techniques every month to further her education.
