Ayuuk Construction was fantastic to work with. I had a leaking in my roof that resulted in some significant water damage on the interior ceiling. Javier was very quick to respond to my request and offered the work at a very reasonable price. His work came out great and he left everything spotless. Overall very satisfied and will not hesitate to use him again on future projects.

After a careful review of estimates vs. expectations I decided to work with a “smaller” contractor – Ayuuk Construction. I should say that I’m more than happy with the quality of the build for my utility 5x8 deck with safety railing and steps on the steep concrete hill. Despite the quite difficult location for the structure, Javier quickly understood the scope of the work, asked the right questions to make sure the design meets my expectations and is up to the building code. In my case it was an important aspect as other candidates pushed me to inflate of the scope for the project, rather than listen to what I need. The structure was built pretty quickly and turned out to be looking very good. The results definitely exceeded my expectations (and eng-design drawings). The city inspector was happy with the structure as well. Based on my experience, I would definitely recommend Ayuuk Construction to others.
