- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a custom cabinet manufacturer, and within that market are prices are fair and also open to negotiate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a meeting with the customer and get an idea of what they want. We take measurements, do a rough sketch of what the project will look like. Get a quote out as soon as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Experience has taught me everything I know.
