We recently bought a condo that needed a great deal of cleaning from top to bottom. It looked like prior owners never cleaned that house. We contacted Letty giving her details on what we needed to get done. We requested the ‘move out’ cleaning which included everything from kitchen cabinets to walls. We even requested for refrigerator and stove cleaning. The end results were amazing. Letty’s team was very professional. From the first walk through to the end. The team kept us informed throughout the process. They’re amazing on degreasing cabinets. The fridge and stove was excellent. Everything from windows to baseboards was super clean. We were very satisfy with the results. I would definitely recommend them for any hard jobs.

San Gabriel cleaning services were great to work with. They arrived early and got started right away. I gave them a tour of our new 2-story 3 bedroom 2 bath house and explained what I would like done. They cleaned inside drawers and cabinets. All my walls, ceilings, closets, and windows. They went above and beyond and cleaned both ceiling fans and my window blinds. Our new home was left smelling fresh and spotless.

We had a pretty good experience with these cleaners. I think there was a lack of communication though. My husband told one of the cleaners that they “didn’t have to make the bed” and instead they didn’t clean the entire bedroom. I was a bit disappointed because we had paid for the service to be done on the entire house (2) bedrooms. Aside from that the other rooms looked great.

Earlier I wrote a review of this CLEANING SERVICE because they did not have the availability to do the job. I have reached out to Thumbtack and try to inquire who ended up getting the $161 that was taken out of my bank account for a job that was not done. I was contacted by this company trying to explain to me that the issues with Thumbtack and not with them and they did not receive a dime. I asked the woman to keep my contact information so that I could acquire their services in the future, as they are booked up for the next two months, as an apology for writing that review. I do regret writing that review, I jumped to conclusions… Just because Thumbtack has not gotten back to me yet. I told this woman that I would take down the review, however I cannot figure out how to do that. So all I can do is write this current review to explain the situation, the company’s side of things and also my side of things. I look forward to acquiring their services in the future. Please disregard my first review! It’s simply was not their fault!
