Stucco Application
We needed exterior stucco/plastering work done on our mid-century modern vacation rental after new windows and doors were installed. We learned that the original contractor we hired was not a true professional and did shoddy work. We needed to find an alternate contractor on extremely short notice due to guests checking in, so we were on a tight schedule. We were a bit distraught and started a quick search. We are so relieved to have found Phoenix Plastering. We got an immediate response and a quote within a few hours. They were very understanding of our predicament and started the very next day by squeezing us into their schedule on a weekend, and finished the same day. The work quality was excellent. In fact, they also identified improperly done old work adjacent to the window and fixed it without an extra charge. They brought us such needed relief because our renovations were back on schedule—in fact, ahead! Thank you to the whole team at Phoenix Plastering for the outstanding work and professionalism! Trustworthy, professional and fair prices. I could go on and on...

Stucco Application
My experience with Matt & Phoenix Plastering exceeded my expectations and was top notch. I wanted to explore stuccoing my backyard block walls, and I found this company via the Thumbtack app. Matt answered my inquiry within 15 minutes and replied with a fair estimate based on the pictures and description of the project I provided. I did some light research and knew market prices per sq. ft. for this type of work. (On a side note, other companies replied to my inquiry, but their estimates were way below what the materials cost would be — those other estimates felt very bait and switch to me.) Upon making contact with Matt, we were able to set an in person appointment so he could properly provide an estimate. He showed up on time, came with pamphlets showing texture and color options, and spoke to me in a professional and consultative demeanor. Joyce followed up with me shortly thereafter and provided me with a written estimate via email. Once I decided to move forward with the work, Joyce quickly responded, and we nailed down a start date and time. On the start date, Matt and his crew arrived on time and got straight to work. They laid out plenty of masking paper and plastic sheathing and got to work on the brown coat. After a full day of work, they finished and cleaned up thoroughly. Matt advised me of the optimal curing protocol (wet brown coat every few hours for 2 days) to ensure optimal curing and strength. On the day of the color coat, Matt and his crew arrived on time again and got to work with again laying down fresh paper and sheathing. The color and finish was exactly what I expected, and Matt and his crew cleaned everything up with great care. I cannot recommend Phoenix Plastering enough, and I will surely call Matt back when I remodel my front yard and am ready to stucco those walls.

Very happy with service we received from Matt and team. Our home was not easy to work on, but Matt and his team came through. Our home looks beautiful. We had some funky bumps on our home - which Matt made them go away and now we have a flat surface. Our home has never looked so good. Highly recommend Matt and his team for all your plastering needs.

Matthew and team were simply fantastic. They did a great job. The city inspector who normally is very picky would sign off with no questions. True professionals! Highly recommended!

Stucco Repair
Matthew was super punctual and communicative. Even arrived 1hr prior to agreed upon time. He stayed in contact all the way till appointment time and answered in detail all of my questions and gave great suggestions. We found his asking price very fare as well. My wife and I both extremely happy with the craftsmanship. We would surely hire Phoenix again for anything Stucco related for our home.
