FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Drury Architects, we believe in transparency and fairness. Our pricing reflects the time, skill, and dedication we bring to every project. We offer tiered pricing to suit a range of needs, from permit sets and feasibility studies to full-service design. Our minimum project fees are clearly defined to ensure your expectations are met and your investment is protected. We also account for city requirements, consultants, and project complexity in our estimates. While we don't usually discount our services, we work hard to find value-driven solutions and avoid scope creep by being clear about what’s included up front.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a free phone consultation to understand your goals, timeline, and budget. We then conduct a site visit (if applicable) and prepare a proposal tailored to your project scope. Once onboard, we move through design phases collaboratively—starting with conceptual design and moving through permits and construction documents. We also offer construction administration services to support your project through completion. Our goal is to guide you step-by-step with clarity and creativity, while navigating city approvals and contractor coordination.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
