    Voci Food Works' meals are delicious!! The added perk is that everything he makes is healthy and fresh. Our office caters lunch from VFW once a week and we all look forward to it with great anticipation.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually have a chat with new clients to find out what sort of "food mood" they are in. Sometimes people want to have their favorites. Other times they want to be adventurous and try new things. I have an extensive collection of dishes from across world cuisines and catering to all sorts of special diets. Usually customers find what they want from the options I provide. Sometimes they will be inspired by what I show them and come up with their own ideas. Those are some of my favorite jobs.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Most often we deliver ready-to-eat food in family-style hot or cold containers to events, offices, or homes and our customers serve themselves. We also can prepare food onsite and serve it. We can provide everything you need from biodegradable serving utensils to plates made from recycled materials.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Don't be afraid to bring your own ideas for food to the table. I look at my clients as partners in creating a great experience for themselves and their guests.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
What the story they are going to tell with the food they serve, or how does the food fit into the larger story of their event?
