FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The first question I'm always asked is "why is your company's rate so much more expensive?!" I know that when it comes to finding a freelancer, hourly rates can be a big deciding factor. Even though our hourly rate may be higher than others, it is because we bring a wealth of knowledge, 12+ years of expertise, legal and corporate experience, and the ability to scale as you grow. I know that we can provide immense value and help your life and/or business grow in ways you may have never thought possible. ⏱ We keep track of all my time using Toggl. We can bill weekly, biweekly, or monthly. Invoices are sent on Mondays and due upon receipt. ⏱ ‼️ For any one-off tasks, please note there is a three-hour minimum. ‼️ 💸 Did you know each small business owners pay a fee whenever you contact them? Please only contact me if you’re ready to hire! 💸
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually start with a 30 minute free consultation. Upon signing a deal memo, I ask for another 30 minute call to outline the immediate next steps including any onboarding that needs to happen. I try to schedule a weekly call during that initial phone conversation so we have a time to connect already on the books.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from the University of Virginia with a degree in theatre, but focused on stage management. In addition, I have over 10 years of experience being an executive legal assistant at the highest level assisting some of the biggest celebrities, actors, and actresses of our day.
