- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on tiered hourly rates, tailored to the type of work you need. We do not require monthly retainers, minimums, or packages, so you only pay for the services you use. We believe in transparency and flexibility, ensuring that you receive high-quality service without any hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with a free 30-minute consultation to understand your needs and see how we can best support you. Once we’ve signed a deal memo, we schedule another 30-minute call to outline the immediate next steps, including any necessary onboarding. During this call, I also like to arrange a recurring weekly check-in to ensure we stay aligned and on track from the start.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from the University of Virginia with a degree in theatre, but focused on stage management. In addition, I have 15+ years of experience at the highest level assisting some of the biggest celebrities, directors, producers, actors, and actresses of our day.
