I honestly didn't know what to expect, but hiring them ended up being one of the best things we did to get settled into our new home. Caryn was wonderful from my first phone call. She was able to schedule me within just a few days, clearly explained how everything worked and was completely transparent about the hourly process. After the stress of moving, having one entire part of the house completely settled gave me an incredible amount of peace of mind. A couple of days later, Caryn returned with Kristina to tackle our bedroom closets. My fiancé and I have a LOT of clothes and shoes, and our wardrobes had honestly never been properly organized before. Caryn and Kristina worked so well together and somehow managed to make everything fit beautifully. They turned one closet into an amazing shoe closet, created significantly more hanging space with a few inexpensive additions, taught us better folding methods, and organized everything so beautifully that it genuinely looked like a boutique. Just as importantly, they were completely nonjudgmental. There was never any pressure to get rid of things simply for the sake of decluttering. They understood that after a major move, our priority was to get our belongings organized and our home functional. They helped us make decisions when we wanted guidance while completely respecting what we wanted to keep. They also have a great natural eye for space and function and made thoughtful suggestions about placement and ways to repurpose things we already owned. The biggest compliment I can give them is how our home felt afterward. While we were still surrounded by moving projects elsewhere in the house, our kitchen felt completely settled and our bedroom became a peaceful sanctuary we could retreat to. Janessa M. says, "I’d rate the effort a 4, but the execution closer to a 3 for my particular needs. They worked very hard and put a lot of time into the space, and I genuinely appreciate that. Several sweaters and pants that I had intentionally stored folded were hung instead, which made the hanging space very tight. Because I work in apparel, I’m especially careful with sweaters since hanging can cause stretching and shoulder distortion. I ended up taking the sweaters back down, refolding them, and placing them on hanging metal shelving that I went and purchased that hooks onto the closet rod. I also took the pants back down, refolded them, and returned them to a shelf with my other folded pants. Some of my existing categories were also lost. Formalwear was mixed with everyday dresses, tank dresses with tank tops, and tanks were hung even though I had explained that they already had three dedicated drawers. Not everything made it back into the closet either. For example, I found two individual shoes inside the closet while their matching mates were still outside. I already had my wardrobe categorized, so I would have preferred my existing system to be refined rather than completely redone. I also think an in-person consultation beforehand would have helped with both preferences and scope. I was initially told this would be a one-day project (8–12 hours), but it ultimately took two days and cost more than I anticipated based on the quoted time. I was later told that photos don’t always give the same sense of the space as seeing it in person. An in-person consultation also could have created an opportunity to measure the available spaces and recommend bins or organizers that maximized the storage more efficiently. Overall, I appreciate how hard they worked, but some of the organizational choices created a need for me to rework certain areas afterward."See more

A Place For It All
I decided to get a professional organizer because my whole house had become unmanageable. When you allow someone to enter your home, it’s very personal. After reading many profiles, I came across Deidra iMessage her that I was interested in organizing my home. She responded quickly and was very friendly shortly after we had a phone conversation about expectations, I felt very comfortable being open about my mental health and how my chaotic home was making it worse. I booked 24 hour sessions in this time we got through the kitchen, the pantry the bathroom and a closet in this short amount of time. While she was here, she made a list with containers dividers and bins. everything fit perfect. Alexa stop Deidra has made such an impact, my home already feels 100 times better.
