I’ve worked with Mason for a few years. At first Mason was able to fix my chronic issue of throwing out my lower back. His consistent directions, exercise modifications, and attention to my body movements and limitations. Made my lower back pain and fear of throwing it out a thing of the past.
We’ve since then been exploring how to be a stronger more functional runner. Pushing past PRs I’d never thought was possible.
