Christie was my personal trainer once a week for nearly 8 months. Christie kept training sessions fresh and interesting, regularly adding new exercises and adjusting based on my progress. She was also helpful in explaining both how and why we were doing certain exercises so that I could become more comfortable doing them on my own time between sessions. She is passionate about fitness and dedicated to achieving the goals of her clients, and this passion and dedication shows in her work.

She was my trainer for one year plus- she knows a lot about nutrition and flexibility along with fitness and weight training. Keeps changing the routine so you never know what to expect. A great trainer. Would highly recommend her!

I lost over 40lbs working with Christie in NYC. She's an excellent trainer specifically in body-weight exercises. She has a good understanding of balances needed to train the right parts throughout the week. I would train with her 3-4 days a week and she was accommodating enough to get access to her apartment gym.
I had a great experience and anyone who trains with her won't regret! Workouts are fun, sometimes challenging!

I’ve been training with Coach Christie at my workplace in Beverly Hills for 2 month now first thing in the morning, consistently. I wanted to improve on my muscle size and strength to get me conditioned for competition as an athlete. I believe Christie tailors her program to suite each individual clients requirements.Besides being a door skateboarder of many years, I believe what sets Christie apart is the level of communication, and accurate instruction she gives me during our sessions. I’ve noticed my strength climb drastically alongside the complements and wondering eyes I’ve been receiving. Veins are popping out like spider webs, and packing on lean muscle!
