Introduction: As someone who struggled with his weight, I can relate to people who are having the same challenges. I continue to find new ways to train the body so you see results quicker, and keeping the workouts fun. I was the first person to offer kettlebell based bootcamp classes back in 2007. I enjoy seeing people not only lose weight and gain muscle, but the confidence change it brings. When people start wearing tank tops instead of baggy t-shirts, it puts a smile on my face. We all want to look good, but feeling good and being healthy helps us all really enjoy life to it's fullest.
