Introduction: As someone who struggled with his weight, I can relate to people who are having the same challenges. I continue to find new ways to train the body so you see results quicker, and keeping the workouts fun. I was the first person to offer kettlebell based bootcamp classes back in 2007. Whether it's finding the right nutrition plan, or changing up your routine, I will be there to help guide you to your fitness goals. I enjoy seeing people not only lose weight and gain muscle, but the confidence change it brings. When people start wearing tank tops instead of baggy t-shirts, it puts a smile on my face. We all want to look good, but feeling good and being healthy helps us all really enjoy life to it's fullest.

Best fitness class in town ! It works every muscle, and you get the cardio. It goes by really fast too because the workouts are never the same. They are a challenge and you won't ever get bored. You will be sweating, and getting stronger with every class.

If you want a total body workout (cardio & strengthening at the same time) you've found it. I gained incredible strength while also leaning down. Griffin is a motivating trainer who cares for your health and personal goals. For total body health kettlebells rock!

I was a bit hesitant to join the class, as I am a post-menopausal, overweight woman with bad knees; however, Griffin (and the class mates) made me feel comfortable - stressing the importance of going at my own pace. He watches form, and corrects as needed (which is so very important - I've been in other classes where I did the exercises wrong for weeks) My strength and stamina have greatly increased, and I have learned how to alternate exercises so as not to inflame my "weary, old parts". The classes are fast paced, and invigorating, and his music rocks. This has been my favorite exercise class to date!

Griffin's workouts have absolutely transformed my body and taught me how to work harder than I ever thought possible. Griffin does a great job of mixing up workouts to keep your muscles guessing and you'll see the difference. Do it!!!

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    My own struggles with weight loss got me curious how to train the body. I weighed about 210 pounds after college. Since becoming a trainer, I lost 25 pounds and packed on muscle I never had. I continue to not only stay in shape, but help my body feel better by proper movement techniques and stretching.
