- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After connecting on the phone about your needs. I schedule a free market analysis. This will contain what the market suggests your property is worth selling or renting, and if applicable, suggest any improvements that could be made to capitalize. Then from there give you the options you have when hiring my services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In addition to studying real estate law in multiple states in the United States, I have acquired experience all the way from helping run a marketing team for a home improvement company in the TOP 25 remodeler to technical classes in architectural rendering. Also have been trained by multiple brokers & big names in the game such as Joel Rico & Dave Yoho. Lastly, have done some volunteer construction for habitat humanity & thankful for the training out of that.
