- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Case by case basis, everything is negotiable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to adapt to my customer & first listen to what works best for them. In my experience though, I have found an initial warm up call for approx 15 minutes works best that can save a lot of time for when we do meet.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?In addition to studying real estate law in multiple states in the United States, I have acquired experience all the way from helping run a marketing team for a home improvement company in the TOP 25 remodeler to technical classes in architectural rendering. Also have been trained by multiple brokers & big names in the game such as Joel Rico & Dave Yoho. Lastly, have done some volunteer construction for habitat humanity & thankful for the training out of that.
