So happy to have found a computer guy I can trust. Very fair prices and Don really cares. I'm glad he also knows Macs. I gave him a terrible explanation of the problems and he figured it out, fixed it, and tuned up my whole system. Highly recommended.Sep 18, 2016
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Drop off your computer for a $100 flat rate for full repairs. Or I can come to you for $50/hour. Competitors charge as much as $240 with two hour minimum.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? We talk on the phone and discuss the problems with the tech. I give free advice and tell them whether I can fix it or not. If the answer is "yes" we make plans for me to go to them or them to come to me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I taught myself: computer repair, website programming (html/css), business software, animation software and more. I really don't need to sit in a class to learn this I'm a self starter. It's the only way to keep up!
