Called before he arrived, gave us an estimate which we accepted. He did find something else wrong and charged us a bit more, but that was ok. He let us see the part that needed replacing, you could see it was clearly broken. Would use again.

The technician was able to get to our home earlier than anticipated which was appreciated. He explained what needed to be done and our options. Because of the age of our appliance we decided not to get it repaired. He also gave us valuable recommendations on a replacement. We definitely will call him for any future appliance repairs.

Responded to request almost immediately and arranged to come by later the same day. Very communicative each step of the repair. When my refrigerator had further issues (not his fault; he’d already advised me the initial work might not be sufficient) he was back immediately after contact and completed the repair. Would definitely hire Masood again.
