I was looking for a trainer who is flexible with a schedule that would fit mine. I was lucky that Chris was one of the available trainers from my options list. I like the way Chris listens to what I was looking for in a trainer as well as what I was looking for in my weight loss goals. He tailored my work outs to my capabilities. The best part is that he also pushes me to do more without me even knowing it! And, I have a great time and feel great after each of my sessions. I'd highly recommend Chris!

I worked with Chris for several months. My goals were to loose weight and work on toning my body the proper way. This was my first time working with a personal trainer and I was quite skeptical but upon meeting Chris my hesitations and fears automatically ceased to exist. Not only is Chris a true professional but he provides a non-judgmental and beyond comfortable exercising environment. Working with Chris exposed me to the correct systematic ways of building up endurance as well as obtaining that cardio goal for each workout session, whilst making everyday fun and exciting. Saying that he is an expert in the field of fitness does not suffice enough when it comes to explaining his knowledge. It goes beyond that. You can tell that he honestly cares about your goals and you as an individual. His kindness, his patience, and genuine personality not only makes him an extraordinary trainer but an amazing person as well. I would recommend Chris as a personal trainer to anyone and everyone!

I had my first workout with Chris the other day and my experience was great! He really listened to my concerns regarding my previous injuries and made modifications throughout the workout. Chris explains and demonstrates each exercise very well and helps me make slight corrections to improve my form. He seems to feel the same way as I do regarding the importance of building a solid foundation and gradually progressing in difficulty. It's really comforting to me because I have chronic neck and shoulder pain and I haven't worked out in a long time, so I need to progress slowly in order to avoid an injury. His approach to developing workouts for me is realistic based on my current fitness level, rather than pushing my limits too soon, and I appreciate that.

I have been working out with Chris for a few months now and have definitely seen results. He emphasizes correct form and varies the workout each time. He is encouraging and challenging at the same time. My friend and I train 2x a week and both of us look forward to the session and have been motivated to exercise on our own as well. He is very knowledgable and understands where we are in our fitness level. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a mom with two young children, I would highly recommend Chris as a trainer. You will see results.
