I had issues with my garbage disposal and contacted Vik. He responded promptly and scheduled an appointment for the very next day. He was flexible with timing and communicated clearly when he needed to adjust the schedule, including letting me know when he was on his way. When he arrived, I also asked him to look at my leaking dishwasher. After inspecting both appliances, he explained that they were clogged and promptly unclogged them. Both are now working perfectly. He also took the time to show me how to properly clean and maintain the dishwasher and garbage disposal. Vik was professional, efficient, and reasonably priced. I will definitely contact him again for future home repairs.
