- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have a $200 minimum for all jobs. Estimates are free and always written — no surprises after the fact. We charge flat-rate for most jobs, or hourly at $70/hr for smaller tasks. No hidden fees, no upsells mid-project. If the scope changes, we talk about it before touching anything extra.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First call or text, I listen to what you need and ask a few questions. Then I come out for a free on-site estimate — I want to see the job before quoting it. Once we agree on scope and price, I send a written estimate, we schedule, and I show up on time and get it done. You always know the price before I lift a hammer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
15+ years of hands-on experience across residential remodeling, drywall, tile, painting, and general repairs. I've worked on everything from small patch jobs to full bathroom and kitchen remodels. I stay current on building codes and best practices for Sacramento-area homes.
