Vastl was punctual, professional and happy with my new keypad for one of my doors. I didn’t have the correct door knob so he offered to get one at my local hardware store, however, I found a new kbd in my garage which he installed. He was accommodating as the keypad sounds with each pressing digit and we reconfigured so that pressing my code is silent, was impressed.
Also, my outside door was not opening well, it jammed and my guests have a hard time opening it; Vasyl took it upon himself to fix, this was a kind gesture, really didn’t have fix it. Thank you.
P.s I’m new to Thumbtack , so far my experiences are very satisfactory.
