We are a customer-oriented business, that provides a high level of cleaning services combined with exceptional customer service. My name is Ruben I started EXT Cleaning in August, of 2022. Within the short period we were able to provide a high level of service to each and every single client. Ruben was responsive and you can tell he's motivated. I moved into a house that really needed the gutters cleaned out and Ruben was able to take care of it. He's very nice and professional. He also shared some photos of the before and after. We really needed the clean out. Thanks again!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always offer 10 percent off for first time services and I try to cut costs for my clients whenever I can.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start off by introducing myself then I try to ask a few detailed questions on what exactly needs to be cleaned. After we get on the same page I offer an estimate by measuring out the square footage of the area I’ll be working on.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 years of exterior cleaning experience. It’s something I’m extremely passionate in and just so happens to be something I’m good at. I also have a bachelors degree and have extensive communication and customer service skills. Which I have acquired during my time working for Apple.
