This review is for Christopher's wife. She is simply amazing. I had a very scary not to mention creepy experience with a male plumber. My hair stood up on the back of my neck and that has only happened twice in my 40 years. Once when I was a flight attendant. The other when this creeper came into our home. Stephanie showed up at more door after I threw the pervert out of my house. This was the second time she's been here. I'm a renter and the realtor didn't send Matriach out the second time. Ladies. PLEASE hire Christopher/Stephanie. They are honest, safe, and will not rip you off. That alone is worth any amount of money. My son is Autistic. I say this because children with Autism have a very difficult time with anyone they do not know. Especially a stranger but this was not the case with Matriarch. My son felt comfy with a stranger. Anyone, not just women, should hire this company! I'm so sad I accidently deleted their number from my phone!! I have some work I need done. Matriarch, If you read the reviews could you please help me get in touch with you? I've tried through Thumbtack but no luck:( If not I will contact the realtor. Looking forward to working with you again!!!!!

Chris and his son came to install a new bathroom fauect. What a pleasant team together, They came in and worked quickly, and attention to getting things fitting to perfection. They did a great clean up job and their pricing was fantastic. Look forward to having Chris come back to do flooring. HIghly recommended!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
our 1st hour is 50.00 each additional hour is 25.00, if the job requires 2 people you only pay the additional 25.00 an hour for the helper, PLUS the cost of materials unless you are supplying them. If you are out of our service area, we can work out a deal over the phone.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
we are trying to become backflow prevention testers at the moment. We constantly learn everyday just from installing new fixtures or new products.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was tired of seeing people pay too much for service, without the service. So my wife and I decided to start the company based on bringing back the SERVICE in the industry.
