For more than a year my Tiger Bengal Hot tub was hanging on by a thread. The jets worked and it was hot. Too Hot. It was stuck at 104 degrees. The instrument panel had lost control. It needed a new panel and a new motherboard. Not an easy task finding those parts for a 26 year old Hot Tub. Rob had them custom built and replaced. It took a while but now the tub is running like new. Rob has it running like new. I'm so thankful. Highly recommend Rob, he knows his stuff.

Details: Above ground hot tub • Water leaking • Heater not working • Outdoors • Fits 3 to 4 people • Residential • Less than a week ago

Rob was a godsend. We have had issues with our spa for months and he was able to diagnose it and take care of it right away. Very honest and upfront about what needed to be done. 10/10 would recommend.

Good experience with Rob. He cleaned out my hot tub (had not been in use for many years) then created a custom cover for it. A little on the pricey end, but I guess u get what u pay for.

Details: Cleaning and maintenance • Fits 3 to 4 people • Outdoors • In ground (built in) • As recommended by the professional • Stain removal

Ron came early which is very good. Ron didn’t jump into conclusions, but diagnosed the problem carefully to find the root cause. Definitely will use Universal Spa again.

Details: Above ground hot tub • Jets not working • Indoors • Fits up to 2 people • Residential • A month ago or longer
