I would most highly recommend Genuine Consulting Plumbing Services. Isaac is very competent, professional, and is a pleasure to deal with. His prices are also quite reasonable.
I was out-of-country and had a valve leak in my irrigation system that needed immediate attention. When I inquired about engaging his service via Thumbtack, he responded with a phone call within minutes – literally! After we briefly spoke about the problem, he was on site at the house within a couple hours and already had the leak contained when he called me with an update. We then discussed the needed repairs, and he competently completed these repairs within 24 hours. This includes ordering and obtaining all of the necessary parts that are required to complete the work. He kept me informed of every step along the way, and provided meaningful pictures of the situation before, during, and after reinstallation of the affected valves and pressure regulator was completed.
Thus, I would highly recommend Genuine Consulting Pluming Services without reservation to anyone, and I have already added them to my very short list of trusted contractors.

I hired Genuine Consulting for a plumbing job and honestly, I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. As a general contractor myself, I’ve worked with a lot of different tradesmen over the years some good, some not so good so I know what to look for. From the very first phone call, Isaac stood out. He was upfront, transparent, and didn’t waste my time with vague pricing or last minute surprises.
He explained exactly what the job would involve, gave me a detailed breakdown over the phone, and stuck to everything he said. The pricing was fair not the cheapest, but definitely not overpriced either, especially considering the quality of work and the professionalism he brought to the table. You could tell he takes pride in what he does, and that alone is rare these days.
When he showed up, he was on time, prepared, and respectful of the space. He worked clean, communicated throughout the process, and made sure everything was done right before wrapping up. No shortcuts, no half-done work, and no excuses just solid, honest labor.
What really impressed me was how much he cared about the end result and making sure I was happy. That’s something you can’t fake. I’ve already passed his info on to a couple of other people and I’ll absolutely be calling him again for future jobs. If you’re tired of hiring people who give you the runaround or do sloppy work, give him a call. Seriously. It was one of the best hiring decisions I’ve made in a long time.
