Pricing is based on typical time to perform the assignment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In order to get the ball rolling, start by needing the address, time frame needed, the purpose of the assignment and when its available to inspect. Next step is schedule the inspection with the Fee is due at that time of inspection.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a California Certified Residential Appraiser #AR019574 and have passed all education and experience required for that designation. I have a Bachelors Degree in Economics from UCLA, 1986. I am also a HUD FHA approved appraiser with a 203k (Rehabilitation loan) Certification.
