Mike M. says, "I recently purchased a 70 year old home that I had many potential concerns with: electrical, plumbing, roof and all of the other hidden issues that go along with an older house. Greg came highly recommended from a friend that had used him, and when I contacted him he got back to me literally within a few minutes. He took time with me on the call to understand the property and my situation. It was a very fast escrow and I needed the inspection done asap, which further concerned me because I wanted to make sure I was getting an in-depth inspection instead of just going with someone that would show up quick. Greg cleared his schedule to make my inspection a priority and came at 7:00 AM the next morning! He was at the property before my realtor and I arrived, and it was obvious when meeting him that he knew what he was doing. He did an extremely in-depth inspection and as he found the most concerning issues he discussed them with me on the spot rather than me having to wait for the report. This was super helpful since I was trying to close quick. This allowed me to get a head start on negotiating the significant concerns with the seller. Best of all, we successfully purchased the home and I'm confident that we are not going to be surprised by some unexpected problem that we were not aware of.
