After reading Jacob Bumanglags post on Nextdoor offering free diagnostics for appliances, I decided to have him look at my non-functioning washer and dryer. Smartest thing Ive done in ages. He took apart and studied each appliance and showed me what the problem was with each. He showed me the price of each part I needed and did the work for a very reasonable price. He is kind, knowledgable, and hard working. He kept me informed of his arrival time and, on my request, gave me 15 minutes notice before he arrived so I could secure my dogs. I am thrilled with the service I got.
