It was a beautiful baby shower decoration. Alexia made the decoration looks stunning! I received so many compliments about the decor. Our backdrop is lovely and more than I had ever envisioned myself. She definitely exceeded my expectations. Our tables, balloons were also way more beautiful than I would ever have thought. You truly get so much from working with Alexia and her partner. I really just showed her some pictures, gave her my vision, and she executed flawlessly. 100% Recommend.

Oh, LexiLou really made our dreams come true! We worked with them for a few months...planning out all the special details for our wedding. They made us custom signs on freshly stained wood. Our dessert table was gorgeous with classy displays and crates. Our linens and napkins were perfect. They listened to all of our preferences and our wedding felt like a truly magical event. Thank you LexiLou for being such a blessings to us on our special day.

LexiLou Events is a top notch special event company. They are very professional and were attentive to every detail. From the planning, to the final day, they made us feel special. Our wedding reception was truly magical. So much so that guests felt they were in "Miami". The draping was beautiful and flowed in the wind. Lighting was truly amazing. Decorations were magical. They will forever be our company to contract with for our next event. This company is worth every dollar. You will not be disappointed when you hire them.

I was able to concentrate on other things while lexilou events took care of the decorations. They painted and assembled all my centerpieces for the baby shower and coordinated the event the day of.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard pricing system is personalized to our client's needs. We offer Full Planning and Coordination services, along with Event Design such as Event Lighting and Draping.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All new customers receive a free consultation. Picking the right planner and/or designer is like dating. You have to be the right fit. We want to make sure we are just that for you on your incredible journey to an amazing day. Share your ideas, your concerns and we will give guidance and let you know how we can help!
If you absolutely love it and the price is perfect, we will move forward to the contract and the terms of our agreement. From that moment on, we will share a journey that will lead to a wonderful, spectacular event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have years of experience planning corporate, non-profit, weddings, anniversaries, conventions, baby showers, birthdays and much more! We do events no matter how big or small they may be.
Some of our experience includes staging lounge areas used for filming special guests interviews, organized autograph signing sessions with the special guest and fans, green rooms for VIPs. We have been apart of planning children's events such as tea parties, birthdays and social outings along with decorating and planning weddings and anniversaries.
LexiLou Special Events specializes in production lighting, draping, event design and event planning. We have used our lighting skills for movies, TV shows, music videos, conventions, weddings and more. Our eye for quality makes us unique and the right company for our clients.
