Ulisses was the recent real estate agent who sold our home. We found him to be a thorough and conscientious individual. He has a good knowledge of real estate market conditions. He takes the time to understand the building codes related to safety. He addressed many questions we had during the selling process in a simple manner. Being an out-of-state seller, he worked very hard to make sure that we are aware of current events related to the sale of the home. The experience with Ulisses was great! From the beginning, he really helped me get the ball rolling in order to make my purchase. When it came to looking at homes, he would spend his time going with me and looking at homes. There were no excuses from him and he was always willing to make time for me. When it came time to buying the home, he was quick to review and send paperwork which needed to be signed. It was a great experience having him as my realtor. Great time shopping for my first house with someone close to my age and being able to relate on the same humor.
