We originally hired OceanView for a rodent problem. We’d previously had two other exterminators come out for this problem. OceanView was much more thorough and located entryways the others missed, sealed them up and did an excellent job of cleaning up after themselves. We have since had them treat our house for termites and will be having them replace the insulation in our attic that was soiled by rats. We highly recommend OceanView because of their excellent work, professionalism, and great communication.

I was absolutely overwhelmed finding evidence of rodents in the garage! I called several companies and from the first call Oceanview Termite and Peat Control stood out from the rest. Manny was on time for our appointment, friendly and professional. He did a thorough assessment of the situation and talked me through the process of clearing the rats from the garage. He gave me an estimate that was significantly lower than the other company quoted (over the phone without evening coming to see the property by the way), and he was prepared to start the process that day which I was very happy to hear!
