- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1-The first thing we like to do is ask a series of questions regarding the work we are asked to perform. This gives us a good idea of what our customers want,need, and expect. 2- Our second step is providing our customers with every option they have available. We then explain each option and provide all the pros and cons of each option to help our customers make the choice that best suits there needs. 3- Once we have decided on whats going to be done, we get too work. 4- When work has been completed we go through the training explanation process. We make sure our customers know how to use there systems ,so they can take advantage of all the features there systems have to offer. And if for some reason you forget we are available to all of our customers by phone/text/email 24hrs a day 7 days a week..
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have done work for Mann Movie Theaters, Build Movie theaters for actors like Kevin Sorbo, Custom work for many designers. We are one of those company's that will never say No we Can't do that. We can build anything you can dream up.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We recently build a Movie Theater in West Covina for a Thunbtack Customer, it took a few days and came out absolutely perfect. The customer said " I didn't think I would ever have such a awesome system " ...
