About this pro
Flores Constructions did some exterior paint work, plumbing and some bathroom kitchen installations. They are absolutely professionals, good work ethics, good attitude and always keep things in the clear. I'm hiring them back for more work in the future for sure.Jun 2, 2018Verified

We had damaged bricks on the left corner of the brick work on our house so we hired Greenview Construction to repair the bricks. We were quoted $438 to fix the damage of the bricks that wrap around the house. We also had some loose and missing bricks in the back of the house and we were quoted $50 to fix those which was reasonable. We also wanted to replace the entire bottom row of bricks in the front because a few on the left hand side were damaged but we figured it shouldn't be too much money to just replaced the entire bottom row so that it could look nice and even. We didn't want half to look nice and the other half to look ugly. He gave us a quote of $625 and said the work should take about two days and we agreed and paid a deposit. I admit it was our fault that we didn't pay attention to measurements and signed the form. The work took one day and it's because he didn't do everything that we agreed. As you can see in the pictures, he only replaced half of the bottom one layer row. You can clearly see the difference and it looks noticeably ugly. We brought it to his attention that he measured the entire row because that's what we wanted fixed and he said that the form only says 7 feet and quoted us $275 more to replace the other half. If you are considering hiring him, please take your own measurements and double check everything he wrote down. Do not just trust him and his measurements.Mar 15, 2017Verified
I would recommend Flores Construction for any construction work. I would hire again.May 4, 2018Verified
Germaine and his crew did an excellent job on my project. They installed a subpanel on my detached garage that required a 100 foot trench. They ran into some problems that took them a little longer than originally planned, but he communicated clearly and finished the project with great quality. I will definitely hire Germaine and his team again for future projects.Mar 7, 2018

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Every project and task is unique and so I tailor my pricing to the job at hand. From there discounts are determined. Fees are related to city permits.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? After I introduce my self I inquire about the desired work. I then develop a scope of work after taking measurements and conversing. I price. And present the plan and pricing. If there is an agreement we put together a payment schedule that is related to the work progress.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have an Engineering degree from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona in Construction Engineering.
