FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I take great pride in my work paying close attention to detail communicating with customers throughout the project letting them know of any issues that might pop up. I will always give a fair price for the work before starting and if the customer wants to pick up materials before hand that's fine . Sometimes product isn't always available on the shelves. Sometimes I can make things work using other materials but will need fabrication time to make it happen.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I go to the customer's house to see the area involved take measurements, pictures etc then work out an estimate for the project. I do require a fee of 50.00 for coming out if the customer wishes to hire me, then there will be 50.00 taken off of the balance. After I have worked out the numbers I will text or email customer the numbers, then schedule a deposit with a list of materials need to start then require payments as project progresses.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
