This was the worst experience I've had with someone I had in my home. He came around 2:30pm to install closet unit. He assembled 2 shelves but put the back triangle support inside out. At 5:30pm He stated he needed to go home because his wife had surgery. He told me that he will come back Monday and work a whole day to get the closet finished. He asked me to cashapp him I paid $120 and he left. The next day he send a text asking for an advancement for work he will do on Monday. We decided that this is not someone we wanted. I texted him and told him my husband was upset with the work and no longer needed him to come back. He texted the following message. "An in all honesty. If your husband is so upset about what I accomplish in 2 hours, maybe he should be doing this project himself instead of having you spend the money to hire someone to do it." I screenshot his text. Be very careful hiring this guy. My first time using Thumbtack Pro and had this type experience. This will be my last.
