OMG, Mia's food is outstanding! We have used her services a few times because we know her food is so delicious. Gourmet meals to comfort food, Mia does it all. Her baking skills are out of this world. She is very professional, clean, and efficient. I highly recommend Mia for any event, large formal event or just a few close friends for a backyard social...my guests were always impressed. Mia's talents made me look good!!!! Thank You Mia! We had a dinner party with friends and during the main course Mia interrupted the dinner to announce she wanted to leave. She asked if one of the guests, during the meal, if could meet her by the freeway the next day to deliver the dishes and all her materials. After about 5-10 minutes negotiating about where she could pick up the dishes, she agreed to come back the next day to pick them up. She said we could leave the dirty dishes on the table and she would take care of it the next day. Not at all an option for the host. We had to ask her to stay to serve dessert. She served dessert while we were still eating the main course. She didn't even clear the table. At this point all the guests were stunned and silent while she placed the desserts alongside our dinner plates. She left shortly after. All of the guests, after our spoiled dinner party, had to clean up all the dishes and the kitchen! Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. If you're going to provide a service at least complete it! We will never use this chef again.

*I was only scheduled for two hours and ended up staying four hours because the customer and her girls friends was late for diner . I didn't want to interrupt the party and i ask if i can pick up everything the next morning ,,all my dishes ,tablecloth and decoration i provide free of charge'' * The deserts was on the display Deserts table and she was asking to serve at the table ,I did it !! but not everybody was finish second course ,the girls was having fun drinking and eating slow and i was thinking to let them have time to eat and drink ,dance take picture and not hurry the party. Alana was sending me a text few days after party ,,Thxs so much for assisting with the diner in Temecula ''
