Last night, I reached out for quotes on a sprinkler/irrigation issue and received a phone call from Giovanni within minutes. He asked for a few details, which I provided, and he was on site early the next morning to help diagnose the problem. He was punctual, professional, and courteous. He proceeded to methodically diagnose the probable cause, and didn’t mind that I asked questions to follow his diagnosis.
