We had what we thought was a leak in our drip system. Giovanni responded almost immediately and arrived on time. With patience and persistence (and some digging) he was able to detect that the leak was coming from a crack in our main water line that ran under our sidewalk, not the irrigation line. He repaired it the same day at a reasonable price, moved a sprinkler head, replaced a nozzle and adjusted others. He was patient with my many questions and considerate and accommodating with my super pickiness about digging up the lawn and sprinkler adjustments. He left everything clean when finished, was very personable, a pleasure to work with. We look forward to having him back for future jobs and 6 month system maintenance service...and maybe some lighting when we are ready for that. Thank you Giovanni! :)

Giovanni responded quickly to my request and came out the same afternoon to give me an estimate, which he provided before he left my property. When he returned to do the work, he texted me he was on the way and was on time. He came with the parts and tools he needed to replace my valves. Made sure everything was working before he left, which included a walk around the property to ensure all the sprinklers were working. He even fixed a new problem I created the day before! I'm very pleased with his courtesy and professionalism.
