Addressed both of my issues and able to trouble shoot the problem and fix what was asked of him.
Isaac went above and beyond! He fixed and installed my washer, was courteous and professional. Every time I had a question he answered promptly, which was great because in the past I've dealt with people who don't get back to you for a couple days. It's really a good feeling to have someone so dependable!

We worked with Isaac to replace our Samsung washing machine’s rubber gasket. Isaac was good at communicating with us, and did a great job with problem solving and completing the work.
