- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are always based on the type of house if it’s bigger but if it’s small how many rooms, how many Bathrooms ,how big is the kitchen, dining room, living room, and extra details that sometimes we see in the prosses of cleaning
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I let the customer explain what she/he is looking for, i ask for them to show me the house and explain what they’re expecting
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I did work with 4 different company’s so I think I learned 4 different types of cleaning
