The Bravo team brought the professionalism, collaborative problem solving, and empathy youd expect from a woman-owned business.I learned the hard way rats will chew through plumbing in search of water. In my case, they chewed through the drain from my tub, leaking water into the storage room below for weeks or longer. We are so happy with the work that Bravo Restoration did for us. We had a water leak in our bathroom which caused extensive damage and it was a very stressful situation. Janisha Carter, Project Manager took charge and had excellent communication skills with us. She is very organized, knowledgeable and responsive. Janisha was always available to answer questions. She is a one-of-a-kind project manager who you want to lead a team. Gaby and Gerardo came to our house promptly and efficiently got the work started. Gaby continued to work with us on a daily basis with excellent follow-through and professionalism. There were others on the team that also worked very effectively with her. She is a strong leader who saw the work completed to the end of the project. I had a health situation which the whole Bravo team handled with sensitivity and compassion. If you are in the unfortunate event of having waterdamage or other restoration issues, these are the people who you need to call. I recommend them highly. Thank you, Bravo!

Gaby and Gerardo came in and did an after construction cleanup. They worked diligently and were very thorough. Later on in the day Danielle stopped by to check on progress and brought in Marya and Angel to make sure they could meet our time line. Everyone was personable and professional. I cant recommend BRC enough.

Our pricing is transparent and based on industry-standard rates, using detailed estimates to ensure there are no surprises. We work with insurance carriers whenever possible to streamline claims and reduce out-of-pocket expenses for our clients. For non-insurance jobs, we provide clear, written estimates upfront and keep communication open through every step. Quality, honesty, and fairness guide every quote we deliver.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For emergencies, we respond fast: we pick up quickly, aim to arrive within 2 hours, document conditions (photos, moisture readings), and protect unaffected areas. We contain the work zone, perform controlled demo if needed, and keep you informed through scope, change orders, and completion. Our contracts require written change orders and provide a single point of accountability from start to finish.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bravo is an IICRC-Certified Firm and maintains advanced training in water, fire, and microbial remediation; leadership also holds ACAC microbial remediation credentials. Our techs complete ongoing training in structural drying, safety, and documentation so work meets carrier and code expectations. This is part of why we’re trusted across Sonoma, Marin, and Napa counties.
