- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While can give general amounts for services, I quote each client individually based on their specific needs. That said, for all ongoing monthly social media services, I only work on retainer. PR, marketing, and social media consulting services pricing is either by retainer or on hourly project basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After contact is made with a potential client, I like to set up a scope of work call via phone or zoom so I can ascertain the client's goals, needs, and budget. I then work up a proposed scope of work and price. Once agreed to, we'll sign a contract and I'll start the onboarding process. Onboarding typically takes two weeks or more and is agreed to during the contract process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, with a concentration in PR and Marketing. I've essentially been doing PR and Marketing since college. My Social Media skill are mostly self taught, but were a natural evolution given my PR and marketing background.
