We had an excellent experience with Mr. Gidi at GSS Garage Doors and Gates. He arrived promptly, diagnosed our gate's unpredictable opening and closing, and explained the problem clearly.Since the original parts were no longer available, he sourced compatible replacements and returned on schedule to finish the repair. He adjusted the settings to our preferences, tested everything thoroughly, and left the area clean.Mr. Gidi was knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and dependable. His price was about half of other contractors' estimates, with no compromise in quality. We're extremely pleased and highly recommend GSS Garage Doors and Gates to anyone needing honest, skilled, and reasonably priced gate or garage door service.Dr. Yoge Shah

We have been working with Gidi from GSS Garage Doors and Gates for over 10 years, and he has consistently done an exceptional job. He has taken care of all three of our HOA gates, and whenever we have an issue, he is always responsive, responsible, and dependable.Gidi is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to properly diagnose the problem rather than just providing a quick fix. No matter what issue we have encountered over the years, he has always been able to find a solution and get the gates working properly. We truly appreciate Gidis professionalism, expertise, and commitment and would highly recommend him and GSS Garage Doors and Gates to anyone looking for dependable gate or garage door service.

I am a property manager for over 200 units throughout Los Angeles County, and I truly cannot tell you how many times Gidi and GSS Garage Doors have come to my rescue over the years. When you manage this many properties, emergencies happen, and having a vendor you can genuinely rely on is priceless. There have been countless times when I've had tenants stuck behind gates, unable to enter or exit, and Gidi has always done everything he can to assist me as quickly as possible. One experience in particular will always stick with me, it was absolutely pouring rain, and Gidi still showed up and made sure we were taken care of.He doesn't just fix the immediate problem he takes the time to explain what's going on, gives honest recommendations, and helps me figure out the best long-term solution for the property. After managing properties for as long as I have, I know how difficult it can be to find vendors who are knowledgeable, responsive, honest, and genuinely care about their customers. Gidi checks every one of those boxes.GSS Garage Doors is hands down one of my all time favorite vendors, and Gidi is someone I know I can call when I really need help. I cannot recommend him and his company enough! Thank you for coming to our rescue again this weekend at San Pedro, Gidi!

GSS helped us install an electric sliding gate and add a smart lock to our side gate. The service was professional and they customized the safety sensors for the main pedestrian gate. The job took attention to detail and they delivered. Now our home is more secure with a custom solution that is easy to operate!
